About Us

This consultancy is founded by Mr Vijay Dandiwala in the year 2021. He is an HR-IR Generalist with 40 years of industrial experience in the field of HR, IR and Administration. During his tenure, he has worked in various capacities at corporate as well as shop floor level in Gujarat, West Bengal and Jharkhand. Academically, he has passed out B.Com., LL.B., D.L.P., D.T.P. and D.P.A. with specialization in labour laws from MS University of Baroda between 1975 and 1984.

During four decades of his professional career, he has served in reputed organizations like Aditya Birla Group, BK Birla Group, Reliance Industries, United Phosphorus, Borosil, Ion Exchange, Polychem, Ambalal Sarabhai etc.
He has now retired as Assistant Vice President - HR (Unit HR Head) from Grasim Industries Limited - Chemical Division, Rehla, Jharkhand, which is one of the business units of Aditya Birla Group.

After his retirement, he wishes to continue spreading the fragrance of professional expertise, prowess and acumen to industrial fraternity.
